23-428. State legal representation A. The office of the chief counsel of the industrial commission of Arizona may appear for and represent the commission or the director or his authorized representative in any civil litigation brought under this article. B. In any criminal proceeding initiated under this article, the office of the chief counsel of the industrial commission of Arizona may appear for, represent and prosecute in the name of the state of Arizona.
