23-328. Contract or agreement for employment of minor at oppressive wage void It is contrary to public policy for an employer to employ a minor in an occupation at an oppressive and unreasonable wage as defined by section 23-311, and any contract, agreement or understanding for, or in relation to such employment, is void.
