23-1324. Violations; classification A. Except as provided in subsection B of this section, any person who violates any provision of this article is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor and shall pay a fine of not less than two hundred dollars. B. A person who violates section 23-1322, 23-1327 or 23-1328 at a property listed on the no trespass public notice list is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor and shall pay a fine of not less than two hundred dollars. C. Any fine levied pursuant to this section shall be recovered by the attorney general or under his direction in the name of the state.
