21-233. Misconduct of challenged grand juror; classification A grand juror who, with knowledge that a challenge interposed against him by a defendant has been allowed, is present at, or who takes part in the consideration of the charge against the defendant who interposed the challenge, or the deliberations of the grand jury thereon, is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
