20-400.05. Examiners and examination related expenses A. The director shall utilize independent contractor examiners pursuant to section 20-148, subsection B and section 20-159 to perform the examinations required under sections 20-400.01 and 20-400.02. B. All examination and examination related expenses shall be borne by the insurer and shall be paid by the insurance examiners' revolving fund in accordance with section 20-159.
