20-232. Junior achievement program; exemption from licensure An authorized insurer may sponsor the formation of a junior achievement program approved by the director. A student participating in the program is not an insurance producer as defined in section 20-281 and is not subject to licensure under article 3 of this chapter if the student operates under the direct supervision of a licensed life and disability insurance producer.
