20-161. Hearings A. The director may hold hearings for any purpose deemed by him to be necessary and within the scope of this title and shall hold a hearing if required by any provision of this title. Hearings shall be conducted pursuant to title 41, chapter 6, article 10. B. In a hearing conducted pursuant to this section, an insurer may be represented by a corporate officer.
