20-1532. Venue of actions against surety insurers Any surety insurer may be sued in respect of any surety bond issued by it in the county where the bond, recognizance, stipulation or undertaking was made or guaranteed, or in the county where the principal office of the insurer in this state is located, and for the purposes hereof, it shall be treated as made or guaranteed in the county in which such office is located or in which it is filed, or in the county in which the principal resided when it was made or guaranteed.
