20-125. Sending notices and correspondence For the purposes of this title, if a notice or correspondence is sent by: 1. Mail, the sender must send the notice or correspondence to the recipient's last known mailing address on file with the insurer. 2. Electronic means, the sender must send the notice or correspondence to the recipient's last known email address as provided by the recipient to the insurer.
