17-282. Conservation development fund; purposes A. The conservation development fund is established. B. The fund shall be held and administered by a fiscal agent designated by the commission pursuant to section 17-290. C. Monies in the fund are not subject to the appropriation or budget laws of this state and no action of the legislature is required for expenditure of monies from the fund.
