16-975. Structured transactions prohibited (Caution: 1998 Prop. 105 applies) A person may not structure or assist in structuring, or attempt or assist in an attempt to structure any solicitation, contribution, donation, expenditure, disbursement or other transaction to evade the reporting requirements of this chapter or any rule adopted pursuant to this chapter.
