16-313. Filing of nomination paper and petitions for special primary election In a special primary election called by proclamation, nominating papers may be filed not less than sixty days before the date fixed by the proclamation for the special primary election. Nomination petitions shall be filed no later than sixty days before the special primary election and signed by qualified electors as provided in section 16-322.
