15-842. Damage to school property; suspension or expulsion of pupil; liability of parent A. Except as provided in section 15-843, subsection K, a pupil who cuts, defaces or otherwise injures any school property may be suspended or expelled. B. On complaint of the governing board, the parents or guardians of minors who have injured school property are liable for all damages caused by their children or wards.
