15-756.05. Reassessment and reclassification of English language learners A. The process of reassessment of English language learners for the purpose of determining English language proficiency shall be conducted at least annually at the end of each school year in a manner prescribed by the superintendent of public instruction. B. A pupil who scores at or above the test publisher's designated score for English proficiency shall be considered English proficient. The pupil shall no longer be classified as an English language learner and shall be reclassified as English proficient. C. A pupil who has attained English proficiency pursuant to this section shall be transferred to English language mainstream classrooms.
