15-183.01. New charter application processing fund The new charter application processing fund is established consisting of fees collected by the state board for charter schools. The state board for charter schools shall administer the fund. The state board for charter schools shall use monies in the fund only for the processing of applications submitted for new charters. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated.
