15-1305. Arizona state schools for the deaf and the blind; classroom site fund The Arizona state schools for the deaf and the blind classroom site fund is established consisting of monies received from the department of education pursuant to section 15-977. The Arizona state schools for the deaf and the blind shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations and are continuously appropriated.
