15-1172. Arizona youth farm loan fund Notwithstanding any other law, funds and the proceeds of the trust assets shall be received by the state board of education and shall be deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in a special fund to be known as the Arizona youth farm loan fund that is maintained as a revolving fund and that is appropriated for continuing expenditure or obligation as provided by this article.
