13-4295. Definitions (Caution: 1998 Prop. 105 applies) In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Alien" means a person who is not a citizen or national of the United States as described in 8 United States code section 1101. 2. " Port of entry" means a port of entry in the United States as described in 19 Code of Federal Regulations section 101.1.
