13-4105. Use of deposition at trial; objection to testimony The deposition may be read in evidence by either party on the trial, when it appears that the witness is unable to attend, by reason of death, insanity, sickness or infirmity, or of his continued absence from the state, and subject to the same objections to a question or answer therein as if the witness were examined in court.
