13-4012. Costs of transmittal of records of prosecution to another county upon discovery that trial court is without jurisdiction The expenses of transmitting to the county attorney of another county a certified copy of the indictment or information and all papers filed in an action, pursuant to suspension of proceedings in a criminal action, upon discovery during the trial that the court in which the trial was being conducted was without jurisdiction of the offense charged, shall be a charge upon the county to which such papers are transmitted.
