13-3962. Admission to bail in certain non-bailable offenses A person in custody for the commission of a non-bailable offense described in section 13-3961, where the proof is not evident or the presumption not great that he is guilty of the offense, shall before conviction be admitted to bail by a court having jurisdiction of the offense.
