13-3207. Detention of persons in house of prostitution for debt; classification A person who knowingly detains any person in a house of prostitution because of a debt that person has contracted or is said to have contracted is guilty of a class 5 felony and the person is not eligible for suspension of sentence, probation, pardon or release from confinement on any basis except as specifically authorized by section 31-233, subsection A or B until the sentence imposed by the court has been served or commuted.
