13-3205. Causing spouse to become prostitute; classification A person who knowingly by force, fraud, intimidation or threats causes his or her spouse to live in a house of prostitution or to lead a life of prostitution is guilty of a class 5 felony and the person is not eligible for suspension of sentence, probation, pardon or release from confinement on any basis except as specifically authorized by section 31-233, subsection A or B until the sentence imposed by the court has been served or commuted.
