12-211. Appointment; qualifications and residence A. Each judge of the superior court may appoint a court commissioner. B. To be eligible to serve as a court commissioner a person shall be a United States citizen and a resident of the county in which appointed. He shall reside at the county seat or at such other city or town within the jurisdiction of the judge making the appointment as may be designated by the judge.
