12-108. Reports of decisions; publication; distribution A. The supreme court may contract with the person who agrees to publish and sell the report of decisions on terms most advantageous to the state. The contractor shall agree to publish at the contract price the number of volumes as the supreme court may require. B. Any entity may request from the contractor any number of volumes, which shall be published and delivered at the contract price to be paid for by the requesting entity. C. Volumes that are delivered to a person on account of the office held by that person remain the property of this state and shall have stamped or written on them the name of the office and shall be kept for the use of the office.
