11-931. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Governing body" means the board of supervisors of a county, or the council or other governing body of a municipality, as the case may be. 2. " Municipality" means an incorporated city or town. 3. " Public park" means a park, parkway, trail, recreational area or playground established, maintained or administered by a county, city or town.
