11-901. Establishment and maintenance of libraries The board of supervisors may either: 1. Establish and maintain, within the county, a county free library district in the manner and with the powers prescribed in this article and title 48, chapter 24. 2. Establish, operate and maintain a county free library system using county general fund monies.
