11-502. Transmittal of money to state treasurer Upon receipt of an order from the state treasurer requiring the money in the county treasury belonging to the state or collected for it to be transmitted to the state treasury in the manner prescribed by law, the county treasurer shall within ten days thereafter transmit the money in the manner directed by the state treasurer, and as provided by law. The transmittal shall be at the risk of the state, if sent as the state treasurer directs.
