11-294. Bond of contractor; contents of contract The person to whom a contract for the operation of a county hospital is awarded shall give to the county a bond of not less than five thousand dollars, conditioned upon faithful performance of the contract, which shall be approved by the board. The contract shall specify distinctly the amount proposed to be charged for each day's attendance upon each indigent sick person.
