11-1403. Request for expressions of interest A. Before entering into an operating agreement, the board of supervisors shall publish, four times in a newspaper of general circulation in the county, a request for expressions of interest from existing nonprofit corporations and others. The request shall include the date on which expressions of interest must be submitted to the board. B. Expressions of interest shall contain the names of parties that wish to enter into the operating agreement and a statement of their ability to comply with the requirements of this chapter.
