10-11702. Application to qualified foreign corporations A foreign corporation authorized to conduct affairs in this state on January 1, 1999 is subject to chapters 24 through 40 of this title but is not required to obtain a new grant of authority to conduct affairs under chapters 24 through 40 of this title, except as provided in section 10-11504.
