(a) An action may not lie against a subscriber upon an obligation claimed against the insurer until a final judgment has been obtained against the insurer and remains unsatisfied for 30 days. (b) The judgment shall be binding upon each subscriber only in the proportion which the subscriber's interest may appear and in an amount not exceeding the contingent liability of the subscriber, if any.
