(a) A person may not violate the applicable provisions of AS 21.56.180. (b) A person may not sell a membership in an association or labor union for the purpose of qualifying an individual for group insurance. (c) A person that sells a membership in an association may not offer group insurance for purposes of selling membership in an association or labor union.
