In AS 14.25.001 - 14.25.008, (1) “plan” means a retirement plan established in AS 14.25.009 - 14.25.220 or the retirement plan established in AS 14.25.310 - 14.25.590; (2) “system” means all retirement plans established under the teachers' retirement system.
