Whenever used in this article, the following words and terms shall have the following respective meaning unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) MIGRATORY WATERFOWL. Any wild duck, wild goose, brant or coot (poule d’eau). (2) DEPARTMENT. State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. (3) STAMP. The state migratory waterfowl stamp furnished by the department.
