Licenses and Permits Not Transferable; Penalties

(a) Licenses and permits issued by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources pursuant to this chapter are not transferable, and it is unlawful for any person to borrow, lend, or alter the licenses or permits or for any issuing officer to backdate any license or permit. (b) A person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250).
