Alabama Code § 6-6-798

Interim Report of Receiver

A receiver may file or, if ordered by the court, shall file an interim report that includes all of the following: (1) The activities of the receiver since appointment or a previous report. (2) Receipts and disbursements, including a payment made or proposed to be made to a professional engaged by the receiver. (3) Receipts and dispositions of receivership property. (4) A request for, or demand for, payment of fees and expenses of the receiver and, if not filed separately, a request for approval of payment of the fees and expenses. (5) Any other information required by the court.
