(a) In Chambers County, fees collected for copying documents and papers in the office of the judge of probate shall be deposited into a special fund of the judge of probate. The funds shall be earmarked for probate copier maintenance, service, and supplies. (b) This section shall not apply to certifying fees, including, but not limited to, fees for certifying letters of testamentary or administration.
