This section shall only apply to Chambers County. The sale of draft or keg beer or malt beverages for only on-premises consumption by properly licensed retail licensees of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is authorized in Chambers County. The Chambers County Commission may adopt ordinances regulating the sale of draft or keg beer or malt beverages pursuant to this section.
