(a) In Russell County, the county commission shall provide for the bond of the members of the county commission to be provided by one blanket bond, contract, or policy that covers the bonding requirements of each member of the county commission as otherwise required by law. (b) This section shall be implemented upon the expiration of any bonds in effect on May 29, 2008.
