Allowances for Feeding Prisoners

In Randolph County, the sheriff in his or her official capacity may keep and retain the allowances for feeding prisoners payable by the state, counties, or municipalities, and after expending all amounts necessary for the feeding of prisoners, may expend any excess funds for the maintenance and upkeep of the county jail. In no event shall these funds be considered personal funds.
