(a) This section shall apply only in the unincorporated areas of Pike County, and each municipality in Pike County. (b)(1) Draft beer and keg beer may be sold by any retail licensee of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board in the unincorporated areas of the county. (2) Each municipality in Pike County, by ordinance, may authorize the sale of draft beer and keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board for on-premises consumption in the respective municipality. If authorized by a municipal ordinance, each retail licensee of the municipality may sell or dispense draft beer and keg beer pursuant to the requirements of their license and applicable law and rules of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
