Compensation - Executive Secretary to Revenue Commissioner; Chief Clerk

(a) Commencing on June 1, 2016, the salary of the executive secretary to the Mobile County Revenue Commissioner shall be the same as the salary of the secretaries to the Mobile County Commissioners, payable in equal monthly installments upon warrants drawn from the county treasury in the same manner as county employees. (b) Commencing on June 1, 2016, the salary of the chief clerk of the Mobile County Revenue Commissioner shall be sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) per year payable in equal monthly installments upon warrants paid, one-half from the county treasury and one-half from the state reappraisal budget. Thereafter, the chief clerk shall receive the same cost-of-living increases granted to merit system employees of Mobile County.
