The sale of alcoholic beverages on Sundays is authorized within the corporate limits of the Town of Thomaston. The governing body of the town, by ordinance, may regulate and permit the sale of alcoholic beverages on Sunday by properly licensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board who are responsible vendors.
