Any appeals perfected pursuant to Act 941 of the 1973 Regular Session (Acts 1973, p. 1447) prior to April 14, 2022, but not yet heard by the personnel board as of April 14, 2022, shall be timely taken up and adjudicated by the personnel board reconstituted by this part.
