Election of County Board of Education

(a) The several members of the Lee County Board of Education shall hereafter be elected by only those qualified electors in the county who reside outside of the city limits of any municipality in the county that has its own school system. (b) Nothing in this section shall affect the unexpired term of any present member of the Lee County Board of Education. (c) The provisions of this section are supplemental and shall be construed in pari materia with all other laws relating to the Lee County Board of Education; however, those laws or parts of law in direct conflict or inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
