The Lawrence County Commission and any municipality in Lawrence County may appropriate public funds and other public property and to make the same available, either by loan, grant, or otherwise, to the Lawrence County Community Corrections and Court Services Commission to assist the commission and its employees in carrying out the purposes of this subpart.
