THIS SECTION WAS REPEALED BY ACT 2026-312, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026. Employees of the board or persons designated by the board are authorized to make investigation and recommendations pertaining to the validity of requests for job opportunities for inmates and to otherwise assist the sheriff in the implementation of the program herein authorized.
