THIS SECTION WAS REPEALED BY ACT 2026-312, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026. (a) BOARD. The Lawrence County Rehabilitation Board, composed of the following members: The judge of probate of the county; the sheriff of the county; and the Lawrence County Commission. (b) INMATE. Any person, male or female, convicted of a crime and sentenced to the county jail.
