(a) Each member of the Board of Registrars of Henry County shall receive additional compensation paid from the county general fund not to exceed ten dollars ($10) for each day that the board meets. (b) This section shall have retroactive effect to April 1, 2002, and all payments made heretofore to the members of the board of registrars pursuant to subsection (a) are hereby ratified and confirmed.
